Equipment

  • Muffin Tin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Small Zucchini grated (55g)
  • 1 Medium Carrot (70g)
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated (60g)
  • 4 Eggs Free-Range (200g)
  • 2 tbsp Milk (40mls)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Herbs Dried (0.5g)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Passata (40ml)
  • Butter to grease

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 200C, grease muffin tin with butter.
  • Mix all ingredients (except passata) in a bowl until well combined.
  • Spoon into muffin holes and bake 15-20mins or until firm on top.
  • Serve with passata for dipping.
